These CMS never work out of the box. Especially when you want to install extensions
That's why every extension got a forum for asking questions and solve problems and bugs and share with others. You also can ask questions on the Joomla site.
I give you a suggestion to look here:
What you got is more a Joomla/Godaddy directory permission problem then a MarvikShop problem.

Hi,
I've been trying to install a form extension but when I go to: Extensions > Install/Uninstall and proceed to upload a file I get an error message.
JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
Warning! Failed to move file.
The advice from other forums has lead me to:
1) Ensure the Server Settings are pointing to the correct Path Directories for the "logs" and "tmp" folders.
2) Using my FTP client I changed the directory permissions value to 777.
However, when I then check my Directory Permissions in Joomla under System Info they still say they are unwritable.
Does anybody know what I'm missing?
Much appreciated.
When you can't upload a file. set tmp_dir to 777 and the component.dir and the admin/component.dir to 777. Depends on the extension you had to set the languages.dir and sometimes the plugin.dir to 777.
If you have done this, make sure your website isn't accessible on the Internet. You will get hacked.
It could be an ownership problem. If the space is provided by a hosting company, then you will probably have to contact them.
What about the Marvikshop modules and plugins? Should be the same problem I think....
Otherwise try another hosting provider to test.
