Customer details not saving/sharing

Hi, I am finally trying to get my shop configured. I am using Joomla 2.5.4 and have found that a user will sig up on Joomla (I currently ask for name and email) and when then logging into the shop area, this info is not being carried over.

So, the admin area is showing only a retail customer and the date created with no other info - not even the email address.

I suspect I haven\'t got something correctly configured. Can you advise?

the compnent is sleeping a bit. But I know they are working on for joomla 3.0

Wat version do you use? Demo or 2.4

Did you setup the plugin right? The plugins are use to synchronize the user information into the marvikshop database.
