More languages for the manufactuers tab

Thanks Marvikshop! I love oscommerce, but this is more then I espected!:woohoo: Keep up the good work.

I got one question:

I am busy with a new shop. In the admin backoffice, I like to have multi languages at the manufactuers tab.

We know about the bug. Here is the bugfix. Replace the files in the admin sectie of the component.
