When a customer makes an order, he/she gets some pending point for the next order. you can see all the options on the configuration pulldown points/reward in the admin.
when the order is pending the points are pending. when I change the order to processing, the points are in processing. But when I make the order shipped the points are still pending. Ate the customers_points_pending view, you can confirm the points if you want.
Not for me, I want this -> Auto Credit Pending Points.
Enable Auto Credit Pending Points and set a days period before the reward points will actually added to customers account.
For same day set to 0(zero).
To disable this option leave empty.
It was empty.... All I had to do is to set to 0 (zero)
